Service Description

Here is more of a simple coaching session. This service offers you a safe, grounded 1 hour session to talk through or feel through anything you need and want. I am level 1 trauma informed, certified in mental health, mental wellness, anxiety, grief, behviour change, relationship coachingetc. This time is here for you and you only. Use this 1 hour session to your likeing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy should always be 24 hours in advance. We understand sometimes things come up and you can't make it, but please try to always tell us 24 hours in advance if you can not make the appointment
